Farm groups support lawsuit against state labor board

The California Farm Bureau Federation and a coalition of agricultural associations have joined forces to support a Fresno-based farm in a legal dispute with the state Agricultural Labor Relations Board. The issue involves a challenge to the mandatory mediation and conciliation provisions of the California Agricultural Labor Relations Act.
