USDA partnership targets several U.S. waterways

An official from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service announced last week the creation of a partnership with the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to improve water quality, wildlife habitat and soil productivity in several U.S. waterways, including the Sacramento-San Joaquin Bay Delta.
