Agronomists show how to choose, use cover crops

Some growers plant cover crops to minimize erosion during winter storms or build soil biomass and nutrients to feed subsequent crops, while others see these plants between the rows, or between plantings, as an opportunity to also offer habitat for pollinators and beneficial insects.
