Farm groups ask to intervene in water-quality suits

The California Farm Bureau Federation has joined other agricultural groups and water quality coalitions seeking to intervene in lawsuits that challenge the adoption of revised waste discharge requirements by the State Water Resources Control Board for the East San Joaquin River watershed. The requirements would ultimately apply statewide.
