Ask Your PCA: How can walnut blight be held in check?

Spring rains and walnut blight go hand in hand. All green plant tissue can be affected, but it's worse during bloom and shortly thereafter. Rain splashes the bacteria and causes infections. Blight can cause as much as 50 percent crop loss if left untreated.
