UC plans to offer nitrogen courses

Certified crop advisors will be able to participate in nitrogen-management training courses from the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources, beginning next year. ANR announced last week that it is working with the California Department of Food and Agriculture to develop a curriculum and certification program to protect water quality, as recommended by the State Water Resources Control Board.
