Report examines outlook for beef
With two consecutive years of drought and this spring's focus on lean finely textured beef, researchers at the Rabobank International Food and Agribusiness Research and Advisory group predict no break for already hard-pressed cattle feeders in the United States. But they said longer-term outlooks and insights provide a few positive notes for the battered beef sector.
