Farm groups seek review of changes to water program

A group of agricultural water quality coalitions and water users that includes the California Farm Bureau Federation has petitioned the State Water Resources Control Board to review decisions made by a regional board regarding a two-year extension of the Central Valley Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program.
