Sterile moths, parasitic wasps to be used against LBAM

Programs under way to combat the light brown apple moth will use new techniques to protect the environment. The non-native pest has infested 13 California counties and damaged or disrupted agriculture. The moth also has infested residential and urban areas, parks and natural areas.
