Longtime farm water advocate Jack Stone dies at 93

Jack Stone, a longtime champion for California farmers' water rights, passed away May 17 in Hanford after a brief illness. Stone, who founded J.G. Stone Land Co. in Lemoore after military service in World War II, was 93.
