Federal funds are available for conservation projects

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service has announced that $375,000 is available for California to stimulate the development and adoption of innovative conservation approaches and technologies through its Conservation Innovation Grants for fiscal year 2011.
