Nursery stock from psyllid zones may move more freely

Citrus nursery stock from certain areas under quarantine for the Asian citrus psyllid may now be moved to other states, under an interim rule published last week by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The California Department of Food and Agriculture has adopted the same rules for intrastate shipment of citrus plants.
