Ruling: Extra review isn’t needed for routine farm work

Farmers in Sonoma County will not need to perform lengthy and costly environmental reviews on routine agricultural improvement or maintenance projects under the county's grading, drainage, vineyard and orchard site development ordinance, a Sonoma County Superior Court judge has ruled.
