Perdue memo outlines new reforms for Forest Service

Calling for "modern systems and approaches and less complicated regulations," U.S. Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue has given the U.S. Forest Service what he called a "blueprint for reforms" for overseeing the 193 million acres of public land under USFS management.
