Yolo Bypass improvements would aid fish, bureau says

Seeking to increase fish-rearing floodplain habitat in Northern California, a federal agency has created plans for a new structure and channel improvements in the Yolo Bypass west of Sacramento. Environmental documents about the project have been released for review.
