Governor has until end of month to sign, veto bills

A number of bills that could affect California farmers and ranchers have been sent to Gov. Jerry Brown for action. The state Legislature ended its session Aug. 31, and Brown has until Sept. 30 to sign or veto the bills sent to his desk.
