Perdue discusses fires, trade, other issues in state

After wrapping up a visit across Northern and Central California, U.S. Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue returned to Washington, D.C., with a "boots on the ground" sense of how issues including wildfires, water supply challenges, retaliatory trade tariffs and others affect the people here.
