Farm group says insurance tax will hurt small business

The Health Insurance Tax will hurt small business employees the hardest, according to congressional testimony on behalf of the American Farm Bureau Federation from New York Farm Bureau president Dean Norton. Norton, a dairy owner and AFBF board member, testified last week before the House Small Business Subcommittee on Health and Technology, and encouraged members to cosponsor H.R. 763, which would repeal the tax.
